  First we will:
  1. We start with a phone consultation to properly diagnose the clients situation, describing your needs and goals. We then help you in the best way possible. If able we will do all repairs on-site or if needed will take whats necessary and do the repairs in office. We would be glad to take finished work back to your site in a timely fashion with no extra charge, as long as you are within 25 miles.
  2. We arrive on site with a friendly face already knowing what you want accomplished. We will do so in a timely fashion and then keep records of all clients histories so we can tell you when we last assisted you. We then leave you a detialed report of all Services Provided for your records.
  3. We provide continued support always be ready to Troublshoot On-Site as soon a as safely possible.
